Housing options are abundant in the Virginia Beach area. Contact our Admissions Director, Scott Rosen, at for an updated list of houses/townhomes that may currently be available at reduced rates for seminary students.
Students are encouraged to search websites like zillow.com and apartments.com as they look for housing. Since there are hundreds of apartments to choose from in the Virginia Beach area, VBTS has prepared an Apartment Guide that narrows down the list of apartments to those that are 1) in a satisfactory location and 2) within close proximity to VBTS. This apartment guide is not exhaustive, but it should provide students a good starting point.
