Virginia Beach Theological Seminary tracks retention rates, completion rates, and job placement rates. Retention rates indicate the percentage of first-time degree seeking students enrolled in the previous fall term who re-enroll in the following fall term. Completion rates show the percentage of graduates who completed their academic program within the allotted time frame. Job placement rates display the percentage of graduates who obtained field-of-study related employment within 12 months of graduation.
