Look at the VBTS tuition and fees
The Richard M. McMillen Scholarship was established to honor the over 40-year ministry and service of Richard M. McMillen, who served as a missionary to Africa and later as a church planter in the United States. This scholarship is awarded by the selection committee to the student who exemplifies Mr. McMillen’s commitment to missionary service or church planting. Scholarship amounts are dependent upon the balance of donated funds.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The following criteria will be considered by the Scholarship Committee in the awarding of the recipient of the McMillen Scholarship.
- Proven commitment to service as a missionary or church planter
- Present involvement in a local church ministry
- Demonstrated financial need
